We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery.

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN THE TIMELINE BELOW:
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)
- Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
- Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed.
Stuck In Transit (Lost)
- For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
- For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
Damaged
- Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 30 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days if standard shipping is selected (USPS Ground Advantage). Our friends at USPS pick up our shipments at the end of each business day. Once the package is on the truck, there is a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time. IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES A PREORDER ITEM, IT MAY TAKE UP TO 12-15 DAYS TO SHIP.
Please note:
- Riffraff does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
- USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
- These orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date.
- While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Riffraff cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.
Not a problem! You can upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express for an additional fee. If you're local to Northwest Arkansas, you can also check to see if our store has the item before placing an online order.
*NOTE: All express orders placed on Friday after 12PM (CT), Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
USPS Priority Mail: We always recommend upgrading to priority, as this is our preferred shipping method. Priority orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once your package leaves our warehouse, expect your package to arrive within 2-3 business days. NOTE THAT IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES A PREORDER ITEM, IT MAY TAKE UP TO 12-15 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP.
USPS Priority Mail Express: This is our fastest and most efficient shipping method. Your order will be processed in 1 business day. If you place an express order before 12 PM (noon) CT Monday - Friday, we will process and ship the order that same day. Once you receive your processing email, your package will arrive in 1-2 business days. NOTE THAT IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES A PREORDER ITEM, IT MAY TAKE UP TO 12-15 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP.
If you are local (your address must be within a close radius to our storefront), you will be given the option to choose store pick up at check out.
Orders that will be picked up in store will be ready for pick up within 1-2 business days if ordered Monday - Thursday. If the order is placed after noon on Friday, the order will be ready for pick up on Monday. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. NOTE THAT IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES A PREORDER ITEM, IT MAY TAKE UP TO 12-15 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP.
Be sure to remove the Route Shipping Insurance from your order if you are choosing in store pick up.

We don’t discriminate against closets. Riffraff ships to anyone and everyone! This includes Canada and international addresses. Our international shipping options include:
- USPS First-Class Package International Service: Most affordable international shipping option, delivery time varies by destination.
- USPS Priority Mail International: Delivery in 6 to 10 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail Express International: Delivery in 3 to 5 business days.
We highly recommend opting for Route Shipping Insurance when checking out so that your order is insured and eligible for a claim if it is lost, damaged, etc. If you choose not to opt in for Route Shipping Insurance, we recommend upgrading to Priority Shipping so that your order is insured and eligible for a claim if it is lost, damaged, etc. via USPS.
Riffraff is not responsible for additional taxes and duties.

Once you receive our email stating that your order is processing, Riffraff is unable to make any changes or modifications to an order, as we begin working on shipping your order quickly. However, if you notice your address is incorrect when you receive your confirmation email, please immediately reach out to orders@shopriffraff.com. We ask that you include your first and last name, your order number and what changes need to be made. If the order has already been processed for shipment, we are not able to make changes to the address.
Riffraff is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen or marked as delivered. We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to track your package and verify delivery.
If you protected your package with Route, you can file a claim here.
If you didn't opt in for Route and your package is lost, damaged, or your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, we first recommend reaching out to neighbors to check if it was mis-delivered. Then you may reach out to your local USPS office to inquire about the delivery. Finally, you can submit a claim with USPS.
If your shipment is refused or returned to the sender, you will receive an email notifying you once the package arrives back to Riffraff. If a package is returned due to an insufficient shipping address, the customer is responsible for the charge to ship the order again. This amount must be paid before items are re-shipped to the customer's correct shipping address. Payments are emailed to customers through an online invoice. You have 14 days after the email is sent to respond to Riffraff before your order goes through the returns process for store credit. The original shipping charge will be subtracted from the store credit. If the customer opts to have the order refunded, the original shipping charge will be subtracted.
