Of course, shopriffraff.com is up and running 24/7, but our office is only open Monday through Thursday 9a–6p and Friday 9a-1p CST. We are also closed on all federal holidays. Our charming Fayetteville store front is open Monday–Saturday 10a– 6p CST as well as Sunday 12p– 5p CST.

Not always! Most products are available in store and online, but we don’t share an inventory. That means that if your size is sold out online, it may be available in store. Our storefront also carries a lot of “store exclusives” like jewelry, home goods and more!

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, you’ll get another email that lets you know we are working on your order. This email will contain a tracking number that you can click on at any time to see the current status of your order. Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a third email to let you know that your order is on it’s way!
Because we do our best to get your orders to your doorstep as quickly as possible, we are not able to make changes to an order once it’s been processed.
Orders are processed for shipping super quickly after they are placed, so we are not able to cancel orders.
Please sign up for the waitlist! Every Monday our buying team re-orders popular out-of-stock items. One of the heaviest factors in this decision making process depends on the demand created by you! Let us know what you want to see back in-stock by signing up for restock notifications!
Please note that just because you’re on the waitlist does not guarantee that we will restock and that you will receive the item.
We do our absolute best to make sure that your order is fulfilled correctly, but mistakes can happen. If there is an error with your order, please email us within 3 days of delivery at orders@shopriffraff.com so that we can get you the correct item. If something in your order is damaged upon delivery, please include a photo of the item and the package.
We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applies to the order prior to completing the checkout process.
Should an item be marked down on sale after you have purchased, contact us at orders@shopriffraff.com within 7 days of the order date for a one-time price adjustment. Credit will be issued in the form of store credit.
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. This is rare, but if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted and refunded.
preorders
You'll see the word "preorder" on the photo or above the product title if that item is on preorder. Please take note of this when shopping the website. When we get an order for a preorder item, we have that product made just for you.
Orders that contain a preorder can take a bit longer to ship out. Preorder tees and sweatshirts ship out within 2-12 business days and preorder hats can take up to 15 business days to ship. Please note that you will get an order confirmation email, an email letting you know we are working on your order and an email letting you know when your order ships. While we are waiting on your preordered item to be made, your tracking number will say that your order is in the "pre-shipment" phase and USPS is awaiting this item. This will update when you get your email letting you know your order has been picked up by USPS.
Yes! If your order contains one or more items on preorder, your entire order will ship out when your preorder item is ready. If you'd like to get the rest of your order sooner, please place two separate orders.
returns
We always hope you absolutely love your order, but if for some reason, you’re not totally in love, we do accept returns for store credit only. Please note Riffraff is not responsible for the cost of return shipping for returns or exchanges and the shipping fee will either be taken out of your store credit or sent as an invoice for exchanges.

YOUR ACCOUNT
Nope! Feel free to check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account. It will speed up the process for future orders and allow you to keep up with your order status. It also reduces the chances of accidentally having a type-o in your shipping/billing address.
Creating an account is one of the most efficient ways for us to take care of you! By creating an account you'll have access to your past orders, store credit codes, and not to mention a much faster check out process! You'll also receive perks via email! By accepting our marketing, you'll receive exclusive promotional discounts, and be the first to know about major sales, anticipated restocks, and the latest trends!
No problem, you can retrieve your password by selecting the “Lost Password” link on the login page. If you still need a little help, remember you can always shoot us an email at orders@shopriffraff.com for extra help!
afterpay

If you need to return something from an order completed through Afterpay, please send it back to Riffraff within 30 days of delivery. We will send you the full amount of the item in store credit. You are still responsible for completing the Afterpay payments.
promotional codes
From a computer: After adding all the items to your cart that you would like, view your cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner of the screen. Once viewing your cart, double check to make sure sizes and quantities are correct then click on the "Check out" button. Next you will need to fill out the customer information on the left side of the screen, unless you have an account with us and it is already filled out for you. Then on the right side of the screen, you will see a list of the items you are purchasing along with your total. Above the "total" is a box that says "gift card or discount code". This is where you will need to enter in your gift card or discount code and hit "Apply". Please make sure your discount or gift code is applied to the total before selecting the "Complete Order" button.
From a mobile device: After adding all the items to your cart that you would like, view your cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top of the screen. Once viewing your cart, double check to make sure sizes and quantities are correct then click on the "Check out" button. Next it will bring you to the page where you will need to fill out the customer information, unless you have an account with us and are signed in. At the top of this page, there is a drop down box that says "Show order summery". Click this to drop the box down. You will then see a summary of the items you are purchasing followed by a box that says "Gift card or discount code". This is where you will need to enter in your gift card or discount code and hit the arrow button to apply. Please make sure your discount or gift code is applied to the total before selecting the "Complete Order" button.

Some promotional codes are associated with specific email addresses. Make sure you’re using the same email address the code was sent to, as the address associated with your account. If you are unable to match up the email address, send us an email or give us a call! We’re more than happy to help you out!
Unfortunately, our site only allows for one discount code to be used per order. However, you can use a discount code and a store credit code on one order.
