Our customers are our number one priority and we want to make sure your order is shipped to you as soon as possible!
Oh, and did we mention all domestic orders receive FREE shipping through UPS Surepost? Oh, ship!
When will my order ship?
All standard orders of in-stock items will be processed within 2-4 business days. Our friends at UPS pick up our shipments at the end of each business day. Once the package is on the truck, there is a 5-7 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 7 days. ShopRiffraff is not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.
*Please note delivery times do not include, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
What if I need my order sooner than this?
Not a problem! You can upgrade your shipping to UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air for an additional fee. Both shipping options take 1 full business day to process once the order is placed.
UPS Ground: We always recommend upgrading to ground, as this is our preferred shipping method. Expect your package to arrive within 2-5 business days.
UPS 2nd Day Air: This is our fastest and most efficient shipping method. Your package will arrive in 2 business days. (excludes holidays)
Do we offer overnight shipping?
Not at this time. If you need an item quickly, we recommend ground or 2nd day air express!
Where does ShopRiffraff ship to?
We don’t discriminate against closets. Riffraff ships to anyone and everyone! This includes Canada, international and all APO addresses.
- We offer FREE domestic shipping.
- We offer international & APO shipping for the standard USPS rates.
How do I know the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order starts being processed, you will receive another email with a UPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging onto your shopriffraff.com account or by tracking your number at ups.com or usps.com.
What happens if my package is refused or sent back to the sender?
If a shipment is refused or returned to sender, you will receive an email notifying you. The customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost USPS charges Riffraff for having to return a package. This amount must be paid before items are re-shipped to the customer. Payments are emailed to customers through a PayPal invoice. You have 14 days after the email is sent, to respond to Riffraff before your order goes through the returns process for store credit minus the returned package fee. Please note: Original shipping charge + the USPS fee will still be subtracted from the store credit. We do NOT offer our free shipping option for packages that are refused or sent back to Riffraff.
What happens if my package is never delivered or stolen?
Thankfully all of Riffraff’s packages are fully insured through UPS Capital! Please contact email@example.com if your package is lost or stolen, and our Logistics Supervisor will be happy to assist you in filing an insurance claim.
What if I want to return my item(s)?
Glad you asked. Here is everything you need to know about our return policy:
- All returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. This will be issued via email and can be used online or in any Riffraff storefront.
- Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of the SHIPMENT DATE.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and all tags must be attached.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox and in the condition they were received.
- Jewelry cannot be returned.
How long will it take for my return item(s) to be processed?
Returns are processed within 2-5 business days of delivery.
Are returns free?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
